How do I get sponsored?

Please note at this time that we want a complete presentation of your profile with full contact details, a list of your achievements, your projects, pictures, etc., as well as any information that makes your profile stand out. Please send all this information to info@hotgotallhelp.com. Once we have it, your request will be forwarded to the relevant marketing team, who will then take care of it.


Customer service

Do you offer live chat support? Can I communicate with customer service in my language?

Fox is available for live chat from Monday to Friday. Just click on the support widget in the bottom left corner of our website. Depending on the backlog, live chat may be disabled, but you can reach us by email at info@hotgotallhelp.com. Our team consists of native speakers in your language.

I'm having trouble shipping my order. Who can I contact?

We are sorry that you are having problems with your order. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact Bell Customer Service by email at info@hotgotallhelp.com.

What are the customer service opening hours?

Bell's customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CEST.

Are there any benefits to having an account with you?

Yes. An account on the Bell website allows for a faster and easier checkout, quick access to your order history, and faster customer service.
How do I create an account?

How can I view my order history?

You can view your order history by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover over your profile icon.
3. Click Order History.

My email address has changed. How do I update this information in my current account?

You can update your email address by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account using your old credentials.
2. Click My Account.
3. In the Profile field, click Edit.
4. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
5. Confirm the change via the email that will be sent to your new email address.

How do I reset my account password?

You can update your account password by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account using your old credentials.
2. Click My Account.
3. Click Edit in the Password field.
4. Change and confirm your new password.


Payments

Do you accept Apple Pay?

Yes, you have the option to use your Apple Pay account during checkout, directly in the cart, or on the product page itself. Just click the Apple Pay button on a compatible mobile device or on the web in Safari and proceed to the purchase options.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, you have the option to use your PayPal account during the checkout process. Just click on the PayPal button and go through the purchase options.

Can I make a purchase with a gift card?

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be authorized when you place your order and the authorization will be applied when your order is shipped.

Are my credit card details safe when I place an online order?

Yes, we use a tokenized system, so no credit card information is stored in our systems.

What are the differences between your motorcycle gloves?

We have different gloves to suit your individual needs, from fully armored to weatherproof, and everything in between. Below, we highlight three of our most popular models.

What are the differences between your motorcycle helmets?

At Fox, we offer three dirt bike helmet models. The V1 at sport level, the V2 at race level and the V3 RS at Pro level.

Returns

Do you offer free returns?

We do not currently offer free return labels, so log in to your account to view your order and access your label.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your package has been received at our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of incoming returns. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

I want to return my purchase. What do I have to do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all original tags and, if applicable, the protective lining on swimwear and underwear must be intact. Orders

Is there a warranty on Bell products?

All Bell products are covered by the corresponding legal warranty. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural decay of colors and materials due to time, exposure, or intensive use.
If you have made your purchase from one of our dealers, please contact them as you have a direct commercial contract with them. They will then help you and forward your case to our contact person at Bell.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Please contact contact info@hotgotallhelp.com to cancel your order. Please include your order number and cancellation request in the email.

Can I exchange my order?   

Unfortunately, we are unable to make a direct exchange at this time - there is no exception to this procedure. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it as described in our "Returns" section, and then simply place a new online order for the items you would like to have as a replacement.

How can I write a review about a product?

You will receive an email 21-30 days after your purchase with the option to rate the items you have purchased, and you can also leave a review directly on the product page.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of an existing order at any time on the Order Status page. You'll need your order number, email address, and zip code for invoicing.
Also, pay attention to your inbox. You will receive two emails while your order is being sent from us to your home:
1. An order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
2. A shipping confirmation email as soon as your goods are on their way to you.
Do you adjust prices if an item is on sale after my purchase?
At this time, we do not offer price adjustment of items. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. However, if you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order so that you can place a new order with the necessary changes.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. Shipping times are estimates.

Does Bell offer free shipping?

Bell offers free standard shipping on any Bell order over €199, 365 days a year. From time to time, we also offer special offers for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Our website does not accept orders placed outside of Europe, orders placed with an international debit/credit card, and orders invoiced and/or shipped outside of Europe. All 3 criteria must be met in order to process an order.

Do you deliver to PO addresses?

We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes in Europe.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

We do not currently ship to APO addresses in Europe.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I have to do now?

Oops, we're sorry! Sometimes the items sell out quickly, and we don't want you to miss out on the next special promotion or replenishment. To prevent this from happening, it is best to subscribe to our e-mail list - this way you will be one of the first to know when there are new articles.
- Scroll to the bottom of our website and enter your email address where it says SIGN UP, or
- Sign up to the mailing list during the checkout process.

Do you have a price adjustment policy?

We do not currently match prices to third-party offerings.

What if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

If an item has gone on sale on foxracing.com or received a price change within 14 days of your purchase date, we will honor the price adjustment. Please email info@hotgotallhelp.com with your order number to receive a price adjustment. For purchases made after a sale has ended, no price adjustments will be honored.
Purchases made in-store during online-only sales are not eligible for price adjustment, and vice versa. For information on our return policy please click here.
Are there repeat orders? 

Bell does not currently offer repeat orders.

What are cookies? Do I have to allow cookies in my browser?

How do I use a gift card?

Do gift card purchases count towards minimums on promotions?
The purchase value of eGift Cards does not apply towards minimum promotional thresholds. eGift Cards to not incur shipping fees and are not included in the order totals to meet promotional thresholds.
How will I receive my eGift Card?

eGift Cards will be emailed to the recipient at time of purchase.
How do I check my gift card balance?

For eGift Cards, you can check your eGift Card balance online at foxracing.com/gift-card-balance. The balance shown is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately after an online purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period.
In Store
Your Gift Cards balance can be checked by an associate in a Fox Racing store or by calling the number on the back of the card.
What if I lose my eGift Card?

eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Fox is not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Can I return my gift card?

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are nonrefundable. Once purchased, you may not return or cancel. Gift Card and eGift Card sales are final.
Once I purchase a gift card from Fox Racing, can I use it right away?

eGift Cards purchased on Foxracing.com are active when the eGift Card email is delivered. eGift Cards are valid at Foxracing.com only.
In Store
Gift Cards purchased in a Fox Racing retail store are ready for gifting and may take up to 4 hours for activation. Retail Gift Cards are valid in store only.
